GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY

Holly Ezell, Accounting Assistant at Eaton Steel Bar Company, displays all of these characteristics. From her first day a little over five years ago, Holly has always brought a smile and can do attitude with her. Her fellow co-workers also take notice and appreciate the way Holly handles herself on a daily basis.
“Holly has a great attitude and is always willing to help out, stay late, and do whatever it takes to get the job done right!”, stated Gary Decker, Continual Improvement Manager.

Holly is responsible for assisting in claim resolution, issuing customer credits and processing mill debits. She also is always willing to lend a helping hand, assisting with tasks ranging from customer account and pricing maintenance, IT projects, and covering the phones. While doing all of this, Holly maintains her positive attitude.
