ATLAS TRUCK TAKES SECOND PLACE AT HARTFORD OLD ENGINE & TRACTOR SHOW

On Saturday, September 1, 2012 Atlas truck driver Tom Clark entered his purple and black Kenworth 2000 semi into the Curtis Truck Show as part of the Hartford Old Engine and Tractor Show located in Hartford, MI. Tom, an eight year veteran at Atlas, took home second place in his category when all the votes were tallied!
The Hartford Old Engine and Tractor show showcases Allis Chalmers Tractors, Wheel Horse Lawn Tractors, engines, Customer and Antique Semi-Trucks and Trailers, all that attended had a great time. Events ranged from tractor pulls, to a flea market, to plowing and mowing demonstrations.
The show was held from August 30th through September 3rd at the Van Buren County Fairgrounds. Each truck was judged by not only the organizers of the truck show, but also by the attendees as well. Spectators were also able to enjoy a Dusk-Lighted Truck Show on the evening of September 1st, where all of the trucks lined up and turned on all of the lights on their cabs and trailers.
