Eaton Steel Bar Company to Start Intern Search

Posted on Feb 14, 2013

Eaton Steel Bar Company’s Internship program started our Internship Program three years ago.  The program started with three Sales Interns, but has grown to multiple departments across our company. Since the inception of the program, Eaton Steel Bar Company has had six Intern classes come through our company.

Ron Ruit, General Manager for Eaton Steel Bar Company, Steve Cramer, Buyer for Hercules Drawn Steel, and Craig Cipa, Inside Sales Manager for Eaton Steel Bar Company, kicked off the search for the seventh class of interns by attending the Internship Mixer hosted by Oakland University on February 12, 2013.  The event was well attended by both employers and students alike.  It was a pleasure meeting and talking to all of the students we met at Oakland University!

Steve Cramer and Craig Cipa will also be attending the Central Michigan Intern Night on February 21, 2013.  Traditionally, this event has also been a good event to attend.  Central Michigan University is where Eaton Steel Bar Company was able to find former interns and current ESBC employees Dan Fox (Dispatcher), Jenna Sheahan (Buyer), and Amanda Bryant (Intern).  If you are a student attending the CMU event, please make sure you stop by and say hello to Steve and Craig!!

Eaton Steel Bar Company would like to thank Oakland University and Central Michigan University for putting on such great events!!  We look forward to continuing to grow our relationships with each University!!
