Customer Service

Customer expectations drive us to continuously improve at each of our facilities. Hard work, the participation of our employees, and the proper analytical tools allow us to achieve world class quality in our products and services.

Customer service is a cornerstone of Eaton Steel Bar Company. Our desire is to exceed customer expectations in all facets of our business, from providing steel that meets the applicable specifications to providing paperwork that is accurate and understandable.

We are constantly asking for input from our customers to identify ways to improve our business and supporting processes. We survey our customers once a year and have an extensive Call Reports database that we use to address issues as they occur. We strive to provide all steel with zero parts per million rejects, but we recognize that problems do occur. When they do, we want to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If you have a problem, please call and ask to speak with your Inside Sales Representative. We will process your complaint over the phone and provide immediate disposition whenever possible. Your Inside Sales Representative will also process any request you have for special submission requirements such as Production Part Approval (PPAP's), etc., or something as simple as getting a copy of our ISO 9001:2015 Certificate.
